wordpress-latin1轉utf8_general_ci
原理是先把wordpress database 從mysql dump出來，
然後將之轉成utf8之後，再塞回去database。

vim移除windows的^M換行控制碼
Windows(DOS)產生的文件, 在unix環境下使用vim開啟,
每一行的行尾會出現^M的Dos換行符號.
移除它的方法, 是利用字串取代:
